Beloved brother of Sandy (Brian) Garber, Brenda (Ron) Perez and Debbie Harris. Dearest uncle of Robert, Stacey, Chelsea, Jordan, Nicole, Kelsey, Gabe, Julian and Selena. He will be missed by his loyal friends, Rich, Randy and John. He was preceded in death by his parents, O.C. and Carrie Bates.
